**How you'll make an impact** The Customer Technology team serves a wide variety of internal teams and Xero customers. We shape the experience for how sales, customer experience, marketing and operations teams do their jobs and help our customers get support and manage their relationship with Xero. We are responsible for sites like Xero Central, Xero Product ideas and Learning as well as features inside our accounting products like accessing support and finding the right apps and services to run their businesses. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving customer and business value through ownership of new and existing products. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics. You will be comfortable working autonomously where appropriate, with the support of your product leadership team. **What you'll do** • Collaborate across teams to align product development with Xero's strategy and objectives • Conduct customer research and use insights to inform the product roadmap, ensuring value and viability • Define and test solutions to customer problems, refining them with team support • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective execution • Oversee the product lifecycle, from launch to sunset, managing risks, delivery cadence, and performance **What you’ll bring with you** • **Customer-Centric:** Expertise in user research and problem-solving to create impactful, customer-focused solutions • **Strategic Vision: **Strong ability to define product roadmaps and align them with long-term goals and industry trends • **Operational Excellence:** Proficient in agile processes, prioritising tasks, and managing releases for optimal team performance • **Commercial Insight:** Skilled in market analysis and making data-driven decisions to guide product success • **Collaborative Leadership:** Effective in leading cross-functional teams and fostering alignment across stakeholders
