We are excited to be partnering with a highly respected Financial Planning firm that has an exceptional opportunity for a driven and client-focused professional.

Our client is a well-established Financial Planning firm renowned for its loyal client base and strong industry reputation.
They are currently seeking a skilled Private Client Advisor to step into an existing portfolio of clients, with the added benefit of continuous new client referrals from their accounting partners.
This firm's collaborative culture means you will be well-positioned to grow your portfolio quickly while maintaining a high standard of client service.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, tailored advice across a range of areas including retirement planning, wealth creation, income streams, tax optimisation, estate planning, superannuation (including SMSFs), and personal insurance.
You will inherit a portfolio from an advisor who is retiring within two years, while also onboarding new clients referred by the firm's accounting team as part of an established joint venture.

The firm's Partners and General Manager are deeply committed to supporting the Financial Planning division's growth.
You will have the backing of a high-performing team of Associate Advisors, Paraplanners, and Client Services Managers, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional advice and building lasting client relationships.
What our client is looking for: At least 3 years of experience delivering face-to-face, holistic financial advice.Full compliance with FASEA requirements.Strong focus on due diligence and legislative compliance.Excellent technical expertise across financial planning services.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.A team-oriented approach with a proven track record of working with both existing and new clients.This role is ideal for someone motivated by success and keen to grow within a supportive environment.
For the right candidate, there is an exciting opportunity to earn equity (10-20%) within the business within the next 12-18 months, along with both short and long-term incentives.
