Your day-to-day will include: Hosting dynamic training sessions to ensure your team stays ahead of the gameCollaborating with the marketing team to execute innovative in-store promotionsDriving team performance to exceed sales and KPI targetsFull store level financial managementOngoing Sales and Product trainingYou You must have prior experience managing a fast paced, high performing team, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods space.
Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement, not only for your staff, but also your customers.

You will receive world class training and constant support
OTE for this role sits at $150K, which consists of a base salary of $80K-$90K plus superannuation, commission, and business tools.
