What's the role?

As the Senior Sales Manager, your role is to create breakthrough opportunities for HERE and its customers.
You will identify and build new accounts within our multi-industry business covering Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Supply Chain and On-Demand.

Direct engagement with C/VP-level stakeholders of these high-valued customer targets will ensure their business drivers and problem statements are known and validated.
Building these critical relationships will enable a detailed discovery process and financial analysis can be successfully conducted.
Working in conjunction with internal stakeholders, including Business Solutions, Professional Services, and the Partner organisation, will see a scalable solution deployed on time and on budget.
Ultimately you will deliver a program that unlocks customer value and generates high revenue for HERE.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end relationship with new and assigned Customers and be responsible to drive new revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.
You will provide ongoing feedback into the GTM plans and customer requirements within our Transport & Logistics business, and involve yourself in various workstreams to help shape our success.
Representing HERE at events, industry associations, and public speaking as part of the marketing activities is an important part of building our profile.

Your main responsibilities include:
Articulating business value of the HERE platform across our Multi-Industry customers Building a strong pipeline of opportunities that converts into multi-year revenue ($1M+ per annum) Completing customer management responsibilities, including C/VP-level management, business planning and account reviews, value selling, portfolio training and effective issue resolution Working with stakeholders to ensure the Customer's problem statements are known and addressed Accurately forecasting and taking responsibility for achievement of revenue and bookings quotas.
Effectively collaborating using various company tools including Salesforce, Zuora and Confluence Representing HERE at events and industry associations as part of the annual Marketing calendar Who are you?

You are a strong candidate for this role if you possess the following skills, experience and competencies:
Passion for sales, business development and strong customer relationships 15+ years of validated B2B sales experience with a validated record of achieving sales targets and a track record of new business acquisition Established network within Australian and/or New Zealand companies that operate across the Transport and Logistics ecosystem Understand the sales cycle of Enterprise customers including private companies and/or government agencies.
Able to influence key stakeholders at RFI stage Creative thinker willing to challenge status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions, while understanding and respecting what works today Technology and/or SaaS related experience is important for this role Valid work authorisation that allows you to work without visa sponsorship in Australia.
