The Opportunity
As a Health & Safety Business Partner within People, Culture and Safety you will drive transformational change in health and safety.

You will be responsible for:
Providing specialist expertise in the areas of industrial and operational risk management, cultural and behavioural change practices and injury and illness prevention.
Contributing to planning tools and delivering on planned work for business areas.
Analysing and utilising data and information to better inform risk management decision making.
Monitoring planned interactions with business groups, particularly around risk assessment, risk solution and group specific H&S projects.
This is a permanent role, offering full-time hours with flexibility to allow you to use your expertise while also doing the things that matter to you.

This role is based in Hobart with opportunities to work from operational sites, as well as work from home.

The position attracts a total remuneration package commencing at $104,000 – $110,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
