We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
We meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives.

Our Graduate Program Includes A structured induction and training programA combination of self-paced and guided modules covering introduction to the organisation to working with clientsJoint and shadow visits as you learn the ropesAn informative webinar series covering the latest evidence-based researchChild protection and safeguarding trainingAn Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)Strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needsQualifications What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy/ Speech pathologyEligible for membership with the AHPRA (OT only)Willingness to obtain Speech Pathology Australia membership (speech only)Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local communityNDIS Worker Screening Check clearanceWorking with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside inNDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
