So why not come and join our award-winning teamWe currently have an opportunity for a passionate and committed trainer and assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor – Business / Leadership & Management.The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training AdvisorAs a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.Your Key Responsibilities will include :Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering.Ensuring management of your own caseload is maintained within identified milestones.Criteria for SuccessCertificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.Certificate IV in Business or Leadership and Management.Minimum 2 years' industry experience.Current Driver's Licence.A recent, clear National Police Check.A current NSW Working With Children Check.Why work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
