About this role In this role you will provide of diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with Epilepsy and other neurological disorders.
Leads the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist medical services to patients.
Promotes patient safety and quality of care.
Provides leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers.
In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants works to achieve national, state and NMHS performance standards and targets.
Works within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the North Metropolitan Health Service Medical Credentialing Committee.
This role reports to Head of Department.
