An exciting opportunity to join an iconic brand on a 9-month secondment and spearhead our national recruitment strategies across Australia
This role will be for a start in late January 2025 to October 2025.
There are multiple benefits to joining us at Starbucks Australia as we go through our huge growth plan; we currently have 73 stores and are aiming for a store network of more than 100 stores in the next couple of years.
When you join us at Starbucks you will be joining a small close-knit team striving towards the same goal.
We operate on a hybrid working model with a mix of 2 working from home days and 3 days working from our brand-new office located in Collingwood on Wellington Street.
You will be given a laptop and phone to do your best work plus a multitude of additional perks:

This hands-on role requires you to be a candidate experience expert for head office positions while also being the mastermind behind our retail recruitment strategy, with multiple new store openings on track for 2025
