Business Development Manager - 6 FIGURE SALARY PACKAGE + FANTASTIC CULTUREExcellent Salary PackageFantastic CultureOur client is a successful and well-known Western Australian multifunctional devices and document management business.
They currently have a position available within the existing sales team for a Business Development Manager to join the Bunbury team.
About the role:You will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the customer base in the Bunbury region.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and business development skills to make a significant impact on the company's success.
What you'll be doing:Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the local marketDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clientsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customersConducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirementsPreparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and proposalsNegotiating contract terms and closing sales dealsProviding excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfactionCollaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generationTracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and pipeline activitiesWhat we're looking for:Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the B2B or technology sectorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationshipsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunitiesProficient in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentationsFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systemsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamWhat we offer:This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work for an established Western Australian Brand in a fast-paced environment.
