Lead the creation of a comprehensive brand and content strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals, driving user acquisition and increasing brand loyalty.Manage a High-Performing Content Team:
Oversee a dedicated team of content strategists, coordinators, and external vendors, ensuring streamlined collaboration across all content creation projects.Oversee In-App Content Strategy:
Work closely with the Content Strategist to guide and align the in-app content strategy with the broader Brand and Content vision.
Collaborate with trainers, influencers, and digital creators to ensure engaging and innovative health and wellness content is delivered effectively.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, community, and engineering teams to align brand initiatives across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful customer experience.Performance and Reporting:
Set clear OKRs for content initiatives, using insights and data analytics to refine strategies and continually improve the user experience.About You:You have a deep understanding of working with established brands during their growth phase, with a track record of success in B2C environments.You have a strong grasp of what content drives acquisition and can create strategies that resonate with and attract a broad audience.You're an innovative thinker, with experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional settings.You're data-driven and can leverage insights to optimise content and improve customer engagement.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to lead brand and content strategy for a dynamic company dedicated to empowering individuals in their health and wellness journeys.
