Being female is considered a genuine occupational qualification as per Section 31 of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1997.Relevant degree in the respective field of Social Science, Counselling, or Social Work, Membership (or demonstrated eligibility) of a recognised professional association and meeting the criteria for a Level 1/2 within the Allied Health Professional.
Relevant degree in Psychology with full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Relevant degree in Nursing.
