Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking a pharmacist who is willing to take the next step in their career as a HOSPITAL PHARMACIST - ONCOLOGY. About the role: Joining our current team, we are seeking interest for any full time (preferable), part time, temporary contract or casual pharmacists.
HPS Lakeside is located inside Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to the campus for both public and private patients.
With a total of 750 beds and bays, Joondalup Health Campus is one of the largest hospitals in Western Australia, treating more than 68,000 inpatients annually.
The key responsibility of this role is to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care. This position will be based around management of the Oncology and Aseptic Services involving clinical oncology and haematology.
Pharmacists with community experience or newly registered pharmacists are highly encouraged to apply, as our roles are a great pathway to transition into hospital-based pharmacy as training will be provided
About you: Current AHPRA Pharmacy Registration and Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff.Always having a patient focused approach.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environmentClinical hospital/oncology/haematology experience is greatly desiredCurrent Covid-19 vaccinations as per public health ordersWhy HPS?
