Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team at our Healthcare site in Erskine Park.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure superior customer service for both internal and external customers by managing and inspiring the Customer Service Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.'s) are followed, and Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I.'s) for service levels are consistently met.
Key areas:First point of contact for any customer or client escalationsEnsure that systems are in place to comply with relevant client, customer and regulatory requirementsPositively contribute in Quality investigations i.e.
non-conformance reporting.Participate in Process Improvement where appropriateDevelop, review and update customer service-related proceduresAssist with weekly key performance reporting and analysis to ensure an efficient and cost-effective administration operation.Ensure adequate training is completed by employees to effectively maintain customer service levels.Are you the one?You will be passionate about driving performance and have a strong background in customer service leadership.
