Headquartered in Sydney, Australia and with offices in Prague, London, Frankfurt and Singapore, our passion is data and our focus is the delivery of end-to-end solutions via a talented team of skilled professionals.We are partners with leading edge software platforms including Tableau, Alteryx, Collibra, Snowflake and Salesforce.What we are looking for:A Senior Manager to help grow Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives across various units. The role will also work with stakeholders to lift diverse representation across all units.Essential skills/experience:The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering people/HR programs, with strong stakeholder management skills.At least 3 years previous DEI/HR program delivery experienceExtensive stakeholder management and influencing skillsHigh business acumenProven experience achieving gender diverse targets and/or behavioural change initiatives – Highly desirableExcellent communication skillsPLEASE NOTE: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
