About The Opportunity
Programmed's Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our hard-working Projects team in Burswood, WA. This integral role will provide you with the opportunity to join our supportive and collaborative team that deliver construction projects to high-profile government and commercial clients. You will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in developing, establishing and maintaining the project management framework and ensuring that it is complied with by the managers.

As a Project Coordinator with Programmed, your Key Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projects
Providing a word-class client experience and ensuring we deliver a seamless service to clients that meet project budgets, timings and specification expectations
Organising a timely provision of safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements as agreed in the services contract
Resolving operational issues in a timely manner
Ensuring all subcontractors hold knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements
Ensuring information and communications are uploaded into applicable business systems
Develop and maintain procedural documentations
Maintaining and developing close liaison with colleagues in Facilities Management, Asset Management and Procurement Management, as well as external stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a project support role such as Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Experience in Project Coordinating and Administrating Fit Out, Refurbishments & New build works under AS2124 or similar
First rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders
