Up to $9K for living expenses and $2.6K meal & entertainment & Novated Leasing.Discounted gym memberships with a Fitness PassportEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and family members.Discounted Private Health Insurance.For Nurses – Opportunity to apply for Continuing Education allowance based on tertiary qualifications attained where applicable.For Nurses – Opportunity to obtain Clinical Nurse Specialist status where relevant.Minimum Requirements:Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery and to guide others in providing service excellence.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.Detailed knowledge and understanding of risk management, safety and quality principles and the role of the Registered Nurse in applying these principles.Demonstrated extensive recent post registration experience in an acute care setting.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license.
Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class license within three months of appointment.
