Job Description At Colliers, we continue to invest in our highly regarded Property Research team, based in Wollongong.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Research & Data to join this dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success of our business.
This key role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing all aspects of research across property asset classes, while also implementing and maintaining AI and data-driven solutions.
Your responsibilities will include supporting presentations, collaborating with key stakeholders, and helping promote Colliers through insightful market reports, thought leadership, and media engagement.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying data-driven solutions and automate workflows to deliver strategic insights to clients and community advisory groups.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and deploy AI-driven systems, including personalized chatbots and NLP-powered interfaces using tools like Tensor Flow and Keras.
Deliver insights for internal teams and community stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Build and maintain automated ETL systems using Python and R Programming.
Extract and integrate data from public, private, and community sources for predictive analytics and real-time market research.
Develop dynamic, real-time Power BI dashboards that provide deep insights into market conditions, empowering leadership, clients, and community partners with accurate, up-to-date data.
Implement Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Machine Learning to design seamless automation solutions that streamline business processes, improving operational efficiency for both internal systems and community planning.
Integrate real-time API dashboards from various public and private sources, ensuring seamless data delivery to both internal users and community-based projects using ETL for continuous integration.
Lead the creation and publication of market research reports that inform clients and serve as valuable resources for community advisory groups.
Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to provide comprehensive data visualizations and drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders to develop project plans and AI-driven initiatives, fostering partnerships between business objectives and client-focused projects.
Provide strategic advice and deliver well-researched data-driven insights to internal property teams and external clients, influencing business and community decisions that drive success.
Qualification Requirements: AI & Machine Learning Expertise: Strong experience with AI systems, chatbots, and machine learning models (GPT's, Tensor Flow, Keras), delivering insights to both internal and external (community) audiences.
Data Integration & ETL: Expertise in Python, SQL, and R Programming for building automated ETL systems that integrate data from various sources, including community-based datasets.
Data Analytics & Visualization: Mastery in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for creating real-time dashboards and reports that provide insights across different sectors, including corporate and community advisory.
Automation Technologies: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Machine Learning for developing automated workflows and cloud-based AI solutions.
API Integration: Proven experience integrating data via API for real-time dashboards, supporting business and community-driven projects.
Market Research & Reporting: Track record of producing comprehensive research reports that inform both corporate clients and community stakeholders.
Collaborative Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and community partners, managing projects from inception to delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in AI-driven analytics, data integration, and automation within the property or real estate sector, with a focus on both business and community-facing initiatives.
