Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator reports to the Admissions Manager, fulfilling a support role within the Admissions Department.
The Department implements the School's Admissions Policy to achieve enrolment targets set by the Principal and Director of Community Engagement, in accordance with enrolment strategy.
The Admissions Coordinator supports the Admissions Manager in the implementation of enrolment strategies and contributes to the planning and running of promotional events at the School.
Qualifications, Knowledge & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar and/or relevant professional experiencePrevious experience in or exposure to International Student EnrolmentsDemonstrated knowledge in international education standards, visa regulations and student enrolment processesProficient experience in database and digital tools, ideally with experience in PRISMSHighly developed interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent telephone mannerDemonstrated organisational skillsAttention to detail and the ability to prioritise demandsAbility to work to deadlines and under pressureKnowledge and experience with Synergetic (highly desirable)Experience in a school environment (desirable)A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
This position is primarily based at the Kew campus; however, there may be occasions where travel to other campuses is required.
