As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Water & Maritime APAC business unit (Australia, Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia) by translating our business strategy into a People Strategy.
When it comes to strategic and tactical HR topics, you are the consulting partner for important stakeholders within the APAC business unit. Your Role as Human Resources Business Partner With your passion for HR and for strengthening the culture within the organization, you will support the business unit in a wide variety of HR-related topics.
As a member of our APAC Business Unit Management team, you will help shape the People agenda and participate in different strategic HR projects on topics such as leadership, learning and development, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, health and well-being.
In addition, you will be involved in:
Providing business leaders across several advisory groups and across countries, with a wide range of strategic HR expertise and support on areas such as workforce planning, succession planning, engagement, retention, and reward.Work closely with the Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to build and implement new HR/People strategies that are aligned with current Business objectives and drive change across the businesses.Lead organizational change by providing change management strategies, defining and implementing communications.Collaborate with the broader HR BP team, in which you work together on the global People Agenda.Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.Develop strong relationships with our COE (Center of Excellence) teams - Talent Acquisition; Total Rewards; People Systems, Talent Management and Local HR Support to understand our shared priorities and work cohesively together to deliver a frictionless employee experience.Work closely with our HR regional manager and HR country managers within APAC.You will also assist other business units within APAC if there is a need.Your Experience You quickly understand the organization, you understand what is needed and know how to translate that into the organization & the people agenda.
With your problem-solving skills, communication skills and collaborative focus, you are an ideal sparring partner for the business.
In addition, you have:
Passion about people and culture, able to drive initiatives within Business Units.3-5 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner.Experience working in a global and matrix environment.Excellent communicator who is confident, capable, and credible with the ability to have challenging conversations.Experience with acquisitions, organizational change processes and change management.Experience with setting up rewards strategies across multiple countries.Excellent coaching and relationship building skills (stakeholder management).Business insight and make use of data and analyses.Cultural awareness: you recognize and respect the differences that exist between cultures.This is a fulltime position, travel within the APAC region is needed for this role.
