Our mission is to partner with our clients to provide the best solution possible on their project, ensuring their projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.RSGx's expertise is based on our experience in delivering major projects, both in Australia and abroad in the Oil & Gas, mining, and infrastructure industries, in a collaborative fashion with our clients.The Role:Due to continued growth, we are seeking a well-rounded Quality Coordinator/Trainer and Assessor to join us on the East Coast. This is a dual role with an even split between Quality and Training and Assessing.Quality CoordinationDevelop and maintain quality management plans and procedures for projects.Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address quality issues.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and assessments.Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.Training & AssessmentMaintain and update the training matrix across projects.Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement tailored training programs.Deliver building and project-specific inductions and ensure personnel are prepared for site-specific challenges.Perform VOC assessments for mobile plant operators and other critical roles.QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.Certifications in Quality Management and Internal Auditing.Experience3-5 years of experience in training and assessment, particularly within the construction industry.Experience in an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management) environment is highly desirable.Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining quality management systems.Proficiency in conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of training and assessment principles.Willingness to travel to site as required.Expertise in quality assurance processes and compliance standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in developing training programs and updating training matrices.Familiarity with mobile plant operations and project induction processes.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.If successful, you will find yourself working within an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team environment, with a great focus on stability and career development.
