Your Adventure AheadBe a Brand Ambassador on-ground at various brands across Melbourne to represent ShopBack and acquire new usersAttract customers to the brand by engaging with people walking-by and handing out flyersAssist customers to download ShopBack App, set-up account & link payment methodsPromote activation-specific promo mechanics - E.g (New User get FREE ITEMS)Educate customers' by explaining the benefits of the app including earning return cashback and applying promosAssist both Existing & New Users to complete transactions in order to claim their promoSet-up and tear-down of POSM/campaign materialsProvide feedback on activation flow and any matters raised by customersOnboard and educate new merchants on the ShopBack platform once closed by the Business development team.Visit our diverse range of merchants across Melbourne to deploy our BAU and campaign POSM materialsWork collaboratively across the organization with Tech, Customer Service, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize and scale current processes.Conduct quality assurance during merchant visits to ensure POSM condition and positioning align with our branding guidelinesWork with the Customer Service team to problem-solve merchant-related issues such as invalid QR codes and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences.Essentials to Succeed0-2 years experience in retail/event operation/hospitality/onboarding role, open to fresh grad applicantsFlexible schedule and able to commit to a roster at least 2-4 weeks in advancedStrong interpersonal and communication skills - willing to approach both staff at partner-brands and potential customers confidently to educate on and promote ShopBackA problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakesAbility to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlinesDriven to contribute to building a successful business in one of the fastest-growing start-ups in AustraliaWilling to commute to various places within MelbourneMandarin language proficiency is an added advantage but not requiredShopBackers' DNA Grit - We tackle all challenges head-on, working together to solve problems and achieve success.
