A Day in the Life Join Medtronic's Credit Services team as Business Process Improvement Analyst, supporting the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and become a part of a company that improves people's lives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Supporting Business Process Outsourcing Vendor partner with meeting and exceeding Cash Application and Cash Collection targetsSubject Matter Expert of the Collection and Cash application functionsAct as a change agent, helping the organization through their Accounts Receivable journeySeek opportunities to raise quality standards and minimise lead timesContributing and leading project to standardise processes across EMEA Credit ServicesParticipating in Order To Cash transformation projectsThinking outside of the box, offering solutions to resolve complex situationsRequired Knowledge and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cash Application or Cash Collection, or Advanced degree with 0 years of experienceExperience with Cash & Credit Services in EMEA regionSpoken and written proficiency in English is a mustStrong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in aligned timezone, under pressure and in fast-paced environmentPhysical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
