As a Business Improvement Manager (BIM), you will be responsible for maintaining a detailed understanding of processes within Credit Corp Financial Services' business operations and work with senior operational leaders and support business units to successfully deliver on a range of measurable improvements for the operation.

Reporting to the Head of Lending, you will work within an exciting and dynamic environment with a friendly team culture.
This role will require you to apply your Business Analysis expertise and relationship building skills to gather improvement ideas from across the business and influence the priority in which they're actioned.

This exciting new role is for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a team and join a market leader.

Duties will be (but not limited to):
Understand and articulate business problems and opportunities.
Differentiating functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring both groups of requirements are well documented.
Design future business processes to help our operational teams.
Participation in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering performance data and contributing to continuous improvement and productivity.
Continuous improvement across the team and wider organisation.
Ability to observe operational issues and opportunities and measure their significance.
Proven ability to build relationships with executives and business leaders of all sizes, across multiple industries.
Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio and/or SAS Enterprise Guide database queries.
Experience with HTML and/or XML or similar mark-up language(s).
Experience with loan/debt management systems is highly desirable.
Intermediate to Advanced level in MS Word and Excel.
Competencies and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a broad range of individuals at all levels of an organisational structure.
Experience with project management software or similar (e.g.
Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Project).
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience working in a Financial Services organisation or similar.
Lateral thinking and superior problem-solving skills.
An ability to remain flexible and seek alternative solutions to problems.
Strong influencing skills in highly competitive sales environments.
Superior strategic thinking and business acumen.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Advanced Excel skills and proven analytical capability.
