Our switchboard solutions are used by building contractors, industrial clients, mines, utilities, energy companies, and renewable sector companies.

ROLE @ ABBA We currently have full-time positions available for suitably qualified Business Services Manager in a FULL-TIME permanent role to join our team to provide leadership and oversight for ABBA Renewables' corporate, financial, administrative, and operational functions.
The role supports day-to-day operations and long-term business success by acting as a strategic partner to senior management, optimizing resources, and enhancing efficiency.

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize financial, administrative, and operational functions.
Collaborate with teams to create actionable plans for business growth and cost management.
Ensure effective management of the company's resources, including personnel, financial assets, and operational infrastructure.
Create, monitor, and evaluate budgets to align with the company's goals.
Lead financial forecasting efforts, providing insights to improve resource allocation and operational profitability.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Advise on investment strategies and facilitate negotiations with financial institutions for credit facilities and growth financing.
Design and implement systems, processes, and policies to enhance operational efficiency across all functions, including offshore operations in Sri Lanka and China.
Develop mechanisms to monitor manufacturing costs and mitigate variances to improve project profitability.
Document and safeguard the organization's knowledge base, enabling seamless collaboration and effective training of new team members.
Set performance benchmarks and administer key performance indicators (KPIs) across all teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage the administration of compliance and corporate governance frameworks to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risks.
Represent the company in negotiations with external stakeholders, including regulators and financial institutions, and promote organizational policies at industry events and forums.
Act as the primary liaison between teams to foster synergy across departments and offshore operations.
Facilitate knowledge sharing among teams to reduce dependency on key personnel and ensure business continuity.
Provide ongoing support to the senior management team to mitigate risks and enhance organizational resilience.
ABOUT YOU A bachelor's degree or an equal qualification in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field is essential.
Minimum 9 years' experience in corporate services, business operations, or financial management roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans and policies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional teams, preferably with offshore operations exposure.
Demonstrated success in overseeing budgets, financial planning, and cost-control measures to improve business profitability across multiple locations.
Familiarity with negotiating and managing financial instruments such as credit facilities and capital raising.
Experience in engaging with Regulators, financial institutions, Suppliers and other external bodies.
