It Business Analyst

We're seeking a hands-on, technical candidate to assist us with the further development of our in-house Field Service Management and Reporting system and integration into the corporate application landscape.
This role will be based at our Perth Canning Vale office in Western Australia and reporting to the IT Solutions Manager.
It will offer the right candidate a variety of small and large projects to work on.
Smaller projects where you will have your chance to work independently and showcase your individual talents.
Larger projects you will work collectively as a team to complete set tasks.
Interactions with internal business users, stakeholders and the applications team will be part of your daily life, understanding the needs and requirements of users and tailoring the application to these specifications will be a key part of your role.
You'll join a flexible team with a flat hierarchy.
The role is open to applicants looking for a balance of remote work and office-based work.
Key Responsibilities:Application Support of SRG internal usersLiaise with internal business users and assist the Technical Lead on business process analysis & systems designAssist in documentation of user requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria in DevOpsSupport the Technical and Functional Leads in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Other duties may be assigned to you in this position for completion as requiredThe key things about you:You take pride in your work and understand what you deliver reflects you.You are a team player with a customer focus.You have great attention to detail.You value feedback on your work.The skills we're looking for:Tertiary Education/Qualification in a Technology related discipline3 years' technical hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst or user support of IT applicationsSolid working knowledge of SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in business process and systems analysis.Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a task.The extras to stand out:Hands-on experience in BPM, RPA or field service management software solutionsExperience in any of the following desirable: Flowfinity, SharePoint, SSRS, Azure DevOpsAbout UsSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
