Just like our students, we aim to develop you to your full potential and build your career within a supportive and collaborative work environment.The roleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service and consultation skills to work with franchisees in all facets of business development as well as providing them with educational support.
With full training, ongoing mentoring and support, you will work with and guide franchisees across WA to achieve their business goals.In this role, you will:Visit our franchise locations across Perth and our office located in West Perth.Travel interstate and locally with overnight stays.Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchiseesMotivate franchisees to meet student enrolment, student retention and instructional goalsImplement development plans and proposals to provide support that leads to student and business growthResolve conflict and provide business solutions in consultation with the team leader and franchiseeBe a positive ambassador in the promotion of our brandWhat do you need to succeed in this early career role?A tertiary qualification in any field (essential)A current driver's licence and own vehicle (essential)Strong customer focus (relationship management is highly desirable)A passion for the growth and development of childrenEffective interpersonal and communication skillsBusiness acumen and results orientated mindsetStrong problem solving and organisational skillsWhat we will offer you:A competitive salary and benefits package, including potential bonusCompany laptop, iPad and mobile phoneOnsite parkingReimbursement for business travel, vehicle registration and car insuranceAnnual team building and regular social events
