Business Development Manager - Office FurnitureBDSS Pty Ltd is a Western Australian owned and operated company, committed to providing office furniture products to its customers at competitive prices.
We are a well-established supplier, designer, and manufacturer of Office Furniture with a focus on quality, innovative design, and customer service.
Catering for both small and large organisations, our projects can range from 5K to 500K+ supplying office furniture from either an extensive in-house range through to custom design and build.
Our base covers all industry sectors including large corporate entities, executive, government, retail, health, mining, and small to medium businesses.
About the Role An opportunity has become available for a Business Development Manager to join BDSS's exciting journey towards success
You will be the face of the business and be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities include: Drive business growth for BDSS by identifying opportunities to drive new business and new accounts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at enhancing market share across all product lines.Establish, manage, and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts.Manage and follow up on your pipeline of open leads, opportunities, and quotes.What we are looking for: Prior experience in a Business Development Manager role.Someone who can take initiative, be a team player, and has self-motivation.Someone who is motivated and feels a sense of achievement when closing a deal with a happy customer.Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.Has an innate urge to generate new business.Has a fearless ability to ask insightful questions to uncover a customer's real needs.What is in it for you?
