Flooring Sales Specialist Western Australia

What You'll Do: Engage Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, designers, and builders to promote and specify premium flooring solutions.Build Strong Relationships: Develop and manage a network of influential clients to secure new business and grow market share.Achieve Results: Identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to the ongoing success of a market-leading brand.Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered seamlessly.What We're Looking For: Experience in a sales-focused role, such as Sales Specialist, Sales Manager, BDM, or Territory Manager.Knowledge of flooring, building products, or related industries is highly regarded.Ability to navigate the specification process and build relationships within the architecture and design community.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A results-driven mindset and proven ability to exceed sales targets.What's in It for You?
