Strategy Implementation Manager

Position Description Term: Full-time, ongoing position The Strategy Implementation Manager role at DOBCEL offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute a 10-year strategic vision for Catholic education across the Diocese of Ballarat.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position involves coordinating key initiatives, managing resources, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to enhance educational outcomes.
Ideal for a proactive leader with strong project management and communication skills, the role provides a meaningful chance to make a lasting impact on school communities, drive continuous improvement, and support our vision of fullness of life for all.
Meaningful Impact: This role shapes the future of Catholic education across the Diocese, positively influencing students' educational experiences.Leadership and Collaboration: Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including international experts, provides valuable leadership and relationship-building experience.Professional Development: The role supports growth in strategic project management and aligns with DOBCEL's focus for continuous improvement and development.Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and resource management.
A qualification in project management or extensive experience is essential.Proven experience in implementing large-scale strategies across multiple sites or institutions.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and inspire teams.
Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
