Job Description The Visual Merchandiser for M.J. Bale will be responsible for creating visually appealing in-store displays and layouts to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
This role involves a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's guidelines and standards.
Designing window displays, product presentations, and promotional setups to attract customers' attention and highlight key merchandise.
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are effectively represented in-store through compelling visual elements.
Maintaining the overall appearance of the store by regularly updating displays, signage, and interior styling to reflect seasonal changes or new product launches.
Regularly reviewing sales performance data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about layout adjustments and product placement.
Training store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all locations within WA.
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the visual presentation of M.J. Bale stores in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of brand identity, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual displays.
This role requires excellent communication skills, creative flair, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.
