AA Advancements has a unique opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join their team.
This position will be exposed to every facet of Residential Land Development and embrace a hands-on approach across the full project lifecycle; prospecting, negotiations, acquisitions, feasibilities, masterplan design, planning and development approvals, consultant coordination, tenders, construction, quality inspection and handover.
This newly created position will drive the overall planning and delivery of new developments and value-add projects.
You will have a track record of success in this industry and be trusted to drive the end-to-end (A-Z) process to deliver quality work and meet deadlines.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the development, implementation, and review of portfolio plans and strategies as well as managing the development of strategic projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-driven enthusiastic team player who possesses qualifications in People Management and Leadership, Optimisation of Efficiencies within Systems and Processes, and Large Scale Project Management.
With extensive and proven experience in leading and delivering major land development projects, the candidate will have demonstrated project management skills and strong financial acumen.
The candidate will also have a solid understanding of construction, sales and marketing, and stakeholder management as well as budget creation and expenditure management skills.
