This includes ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction, achieving safety and sales targets, and enhancing operational efficiency through diligent project management and adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. The role requires proactive engagement with employees and clients, identification and recruitment of top talent, and the implementation of innovative solutions to drive safety and business growth. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the role supports the strategic objectives of the organization and contributes to its success in the civil and rail sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing customer accountsIdentify and convert prospective customersRecruit high-performing candidatesConduct safety conversations and toolbox talks & other safety engagementsPerform safeworking interactions and workplace drug/alcohol testingInvestigate incidents, develop incident report, set and manage corrective actionsPlan & coordinate projects being delivered across major projects including possessions/shut downsEnsure job assignments are communicatedDeliver necessary PPE and equipment required for employees/projectsAttend site and perform safeworking duties for client sitesSkills and experienceTo thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:Proven experience in civil and rail operational or corporate business environments (Essential)Strong organizational and coordination skills (Essential)Excellent professional network in civil and rail and/or labour hire sectors (Essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)Proven ability to work in a team environment (Essential)Self-motivated and career-oriented (Essential)Ability to act professionally in all circumstances (Essential)Sales experience (Desirable)Mandatory RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you must meet the below requirements:General Construction Induction White Card (Essential)Rail Category 3 or 1 Medical or willing to obtain (Essential)Safely Access the Rail Corridor or willing to obtain (Essential)Workplace Drug and Alcohol Tester (Essential, must be willing to obtain)Must be willing and able to travel across NSW and stay away from home up to 7 days at a timeMust be available to work all major possession weekends(Note: Programmed will cover the cost of Medicals and Training/Upskilling for the successful candidate and required qualifications may be in minimum of one network, however must agree to upskill as required by the business)Employee BenefitsAutonomous role with fantastic career prospectsLong term career potentialPaid parental leave and great discounts with selected retailersAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a tailored wellbeing initiativeAttend industry events across NSW and Australia representing the business
