We're a team of 100 and are seeking exceptional talent to help us in the next stage of the FrankieOne journey.Join FrankieOne as an Associate Accountant (12 month fixed-term contract) and become a pivotal force driving our success We're on the lookout for an experienced professional to spearhead the expansion of our finance and accounting functions as we continue to grow.The roleAs an Associate Accountant at FrankieOne, you'll work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO, playing a vital role in the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting tasks. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless financial operations.What your day could look like:Ownership of accounts payable, employee and contractor payroll, expense reimbursements and bank reconciliationsFacilitate month-end processing and ledger closurePrepare monthly management and annual statutory reportsAssisting in the preparation of financial reporting for Board papersContribute to budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reportingAid in financial statement preparation and our year-end audit processesSupport R&D rebate submissionsAssist with ad hoc projects and other finance-related functions as needed (e.g. working closely with the Sales and product teams).Your ticket to success:Demonstrate high motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Identify opportunities for process innovation and enhancement through system utilisation and automation.Cultivate strong relationships and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.Exhibit a thirst for growth and a willingness to acquire new skills.Serve as an advocate for FrankieOne, our products, our team, and our values.In a previous life you have:1+ years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience. Experience in a SaaS organisation a plus.Accounting qualification, working toward a CPA or CA qualification.Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently in a dynamic setting.Confident communication skills with key stakeholders.Strong Commercial Acumen.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.Experience using Xero day-to-day.Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.Passion for automation and technology.Our benefitsPick your own tech.
