Experienced Machine Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced machine operator to join the Salami team on day shift.

About the RoleAs an experienced Machine Operator, you'll ensure smooth production, troubleshoot equipment, maintain quality standards, and help achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent ongoing role working Monday - Friday.
Experience We Are Looking ForProven experience in machine operation, maintenance & safety protocols.Accurately record production metrics, including output and quality, following standard procedures.Utilize technical expertise to enhance machine performance and processes, actively driving line improvements.Consistently meet production targets and line speeds within designated timeframes.Diagnose and resolve operational issues during shifts efficiently.Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.About YouTo be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and personal attributes:
Maintain a positive attitude and readily follow directions as needed.Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.Exhibit a professional, collaborative approach to work.Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting up to 10 kg.Basic proficiency in mathematics and literacy skills.Uphold company values of safety in daily operations.Please note that due to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
