Senior Manager, IT Operations & Cyber SecurityAs the Senior Manager, IT Operations & Cyber Security for this fast-paced FMCG organisation, you will be accountable for centralised IT services and procedures as they relate to network, infrastructure, cloud, workplace technologies, technical systems, cyber security, IT risk management, and delivery of services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key accountabilities Lead and manage the IT function responsible for all elements of IT Services ensuring services are delivered in an efficient, reliable, and commercially responsible manner.Provide critical thinking and analysis on solutioning across BAU and project delivery across the tech landscape.Budget and forecast IT cost accountability in quarterly framework and project delivery.Maintain effective relationships with key external strategic partners and vendors and lead the negotiation of new 3rd party engagements.Balance BAU and project deliverables across the team, assisting in prioritisation and sequencing.Participate and engage with stakeholders in Governance Forums.Review and assess technical designs for new and existing environments.Skills, knowledge and experience Previous experience in leading a mid-large, complex technology-based organisation with specialty in AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity, or other enterprise application and infrastructure platforms highly desired.Experience leading teams of geographically dispersed IT managers and employees, including managed and augmented service teams.Understanding of technological trends and developments across a broad range of areas in information technology.Experience in developing working relationships with executive and senior management for a similarly sized organisation.Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale development and implementation of IT policies and standards.Ability to translate technical concepts and challenges into business context for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with project management and systems design/development from business requirements analysis to implementation and benefits realization.Strong intellectual capacity, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.Apply now to secure an interview or contact Wes Elsayed on 9236 7766 for a confidential discussion.
