Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator

Specialising in asbestos litigation and personal injury nationwide, Turner Freeman Lawyers is a firm dedicated to driving positive change for their clients.
We currently have a position available in our Perth office for a bright and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time role - 3 full days a week 8.30am to 5pm. The preferred days of work are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but some flexibility is available. Law students are encouraged to apply. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is varied; as well as general receptionist duties (answering calls, taking messages, and greeting clients), the role will be responsible for:
handling all incoming and outgoing mail;arranging couriers;archiving completed cases;assisting our Legal Assistants with general secretarial/administrative tasks including but not limited to typing of dictations, opening of files, photocopying and filing;monitoring stationery levels, kitchen supplies and placing orders as required;other general administration tasks.ABOUT YOU As the first point of contact for our clients, it is important that the successful applicant is well presented with excellent communication skills, especially a professional phone manner. We are also looking for you to demonstrate:
a high level of attention to detail;good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;a committed attitude and a willingness to learn our processes;the attributes of a solid team player who takes ownership and is able to operate independently;a positive work ethic.Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional services environment is desirable, but not essential.
