Join a dynamic Lending team as a Home Lending Support Officer We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to support a growing base of home loan customers.
About the Role:As a key member of our well-established Lending team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support, retention, and maintenance for existing home loan customers. This role requires confidence, a caring attitude, and a self-starter mentality to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Interview customers and address loan inquiries, demonstrating a clear understanding of lending criteria.
Assess customer eligibility, character, affordability, and security for home loans.
Process applications using our Loan Origination System and advise customers on approval status.
Prepare loan contracts and ensure all documentation is complete for funding.
Identify business development opportunities during customer interactions.
Manage collections activities and ensure compliance with regulatory codes and policies.
Collaborate with third-party solicitors for settlement processes and maintain customer communication throughout.
About You:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years in credit/lending roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
A caring attitude towards customers and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in Microsoft Suite of products
