This is an opportunity to work at a prominent restaurant located on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
We are looking for a bright, positive, and motivated individual as our Restaurant Manager while working with a team to deliver exceptional service and guest experience standards.
Our team: Delivers excellent customer service and communication skillsIs always service-driven and customer-focusedWorks with a friendly attitude, won't be afraid to ask questions and are confident in the job they doBelieve strongly in the values of an inclusive, trustworthy, and driven workforceAbout you: You will demonstrate at least three years of experience in a similar management roleYou will have a very good hospitality business acumen, understanding of rostering, operational costings, and team developmentYou are a dedicated hospitality professionalYou will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysYou will be keen to learn and expand on your existing hospitality management knowledgeYou will enjoy teamwork and a customer-focused environmentWine knowledge is a distinct advantageSuccessful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the following, and duties will include but are not limited to: Maintaining company standards of service and presentationPlanning and development of seasonal menus & wine matchingMaintaining purchasing, stock levels, and staffing costs in line with weekly and monthly budgetsManaging and overseeing reservations and customer service in a busy venueParticipating in recruitment, training, and supervising of new staffIf this is you, then please apply.
