We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Supervisor to join us in Brisbane
Are you a passionate Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking to make a real impact?
We are looking for an experienced paediatric occupational therapist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants and their families.
Within this role, you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for children referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.

As a supervisor at National 360, you'll provide mentoring and professional support to fellow practitioners, contributing to our vision of high-quality service delivery.

Observational sessions: Before you start with clients, observe one of our multidisciplinary team members to understand the entire client process. Self-directed learning: Access our extensive online library curated by Clinical Practice Advisors and Clinical Leads. Fortnightly peer supervision: Group supervision for peer learning, and support for reviewing reports and therapy plans. Monthly Team Leader Support: Personalised guidance on organisational procedures, goal setting, and maintaining work-life balance. Unlimited mentoring: Access to educational presentations, Q&A sessions, and clinical consultations with our Clinical Practice Advisors. If you are interested in progressing your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

Selection Criteria We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists onboard
With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy At least 3 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the private or public sector AHPRA Registration Paediatric experience required A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply) Australian Driver's License We welcome all people to join our team, including people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, living with disability, all gender identities, LGBTQIA+, people of any socioeconomic status, of any age, race, national origin or ethnicity.
