Head of Marketing

If you are passionate about creating impactful marketing initiatives, leading diverse teams, and driving strategic growth, this could be the role for youKey Responsibilities:Lead the creation and execution of the Marketing Strategy:
Spearhead the development of an all-encompassing brand and marketing strategy that supports the company's mission and targets, fostering user acquisition and enhancing brand loyalty.Manage a team of Marketing experts:
Oversee a dedicated team of marketers, coordinators, and external vendors, ensuring streamlined collaboration across all projects to achieve the overall Marketing strategy.Be an active member of the Executive team:
Work closely with the leaders of our development and community teams to ensure there is a cohesive strategy across teams allowing for a consistent and impactful customer experience.About You:You have a deep understanding of working with established brands during their growth phase, with a track record of success in B2C environments.You have a strong grasp of what marketing strategies drive acquisition and can create campaigns that resonate with and attract a broad audience.You're an innovative thinker with experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional settings.You're data-driven and can leverage insights to optimise marketing initiatives and improve customer engagement.Why Join Us?
