Client Executive – Strata

Join our team at Marsh as a Client Executive – Strata and contribute to our business growth objectives.
What to Expect:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business within the Strata team.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide high-quality customer service, and coordinate and develop a team of Client Executives, Service Executives, and Administrative staff.
Your Role: As a part of our collaborative team environment, you will take charge of managing and supporting a portfolio of accounts.
This pivotal role entails:
Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation What you need to have:
Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential) 2+ years of Strata insurance experience Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation Intermediate computer literacy skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities Elevate your career with Marsh – where your expertise and dedication shape success.
