Client Executive – Strata

Join our team at Marsh as a Client Executive – Strata and contribute to our business growth objectives.
What to Expect: In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business within the Strata team.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide high-quality customer service, and coordinate and develop a team of Client Executives, Service Executives, and Administrative staff.
Your Role: As a part of our collaborative team environment, you will take charge of managing and supporting a portfolio of accounts.
This pivotal role entails:
Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implementing renewal and broking strategiesInvestigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managersAssist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clientsDevelop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurersEnsure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategiesProactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio managementStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislationWhat you need to have: Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)2+ years of Strata insurance experienceStrong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and ServicesThorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislationIntermediate computer literacy skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to identify and develop new business opportunitiesStrong presentation skills and coaching abilitiesElevate your career with Marsh – where your expertise and dedication shape success.
