What to Expect:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business within the Strata team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide high-quality customer service, and coordinate and develop a team of Client Executives, Service Executives, and Administrative staff.

Client Executive â Strata

Your Role: As a part of our collaborative team environment, you will take charge of managing and supporting a portfolio of accounts. This pivotal role entails:

  • Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies
  • Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients
  • Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers
  • Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies
  • Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation

What you need to have:

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
  • 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services
  • Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
