As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities - Handling high volume of online/offline enquiries via phone and emails - The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs. - First point of resolution for team members, client escalations and complaints - Investigating and resolving complex queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence. - Working towards achieving both your KPI’s and driving your team’s revenue, acquisition, and retention targets. - Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients. - Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies. - Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations. - Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations. - Assisting with mentoring and training team members - Assisting with coordinating and facilitating product training for team and internal stakeholders - Assist and support Team Leader in upholding high team engagement **How this opportunity is different** You will be onboarded and coached by a team of experienced professionals. You will be on a pathway to achieving excellence in sales and will access a range of programs to enhance your product and business knowledge. You will have multiple opportunities to develop your Aon IQ and broaden your knowledge of the business. We are looking for an individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys collaborating closely with clients and has the drive to learn and grow in our company. You will be part of a fast paced and varied Insurance Broking team who love to service our Entertainment clients and build relationships. The right candidate will be provided with full training, ongoing support and guidance throughout their career at Aon. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - 2 -3 years experience across the insurance industry, or at a financial services organisation - Sound understanding of Commercial Insurance across multiple lines, ideally in Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Business Insurance policies - Tier 1 Compliance qualified - Residential Strata Insurance experience preferred - Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service - Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work - A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment - An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position - Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team - Excellent verbal and written communication
