Job Description Who We Are
BravoFit is the Australia franchisee of the listed business Planet Fitness (NYSE), the leading global brand in fitness centers with over 2,700 clubs worldwide.

We are a small and agile team, working collaboratively to deliver 8-12 new locations each year, with an ongoing focus to grow established locations year on year.

Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal goals.
Submitting all individual training programs or workout logs, administered to members, to GM for review.
Front desk operations when not busy training during the PE @ PF hours (selling memberships, handling cancellations, file maintenance, club tours, info calls, daily cleaning and refilling paper products).
Inspecting all Matrix and Life fitness equipment for possible malfunctions or damage and reporting if any are found.
Inspecting AED equipment.
Oiling the equipment (once per week).
Monitoring the "30 min Express" area for people who are using it inappropriately.
Experience/ Qualifications
Certifications: Certificate 3 & Certificate 4 in Fitness.
Must provide club with a copy of valid certification or proof you are working toward certification.
If not currently certified, you must be certified within two months of hire or risk demotion or termination.
Prior supervisory experience preferred or 3 -5 years of experience in a similar field.
Gym work experience and fitness background preferred.
Certifications from an approved and accredited Australian Fitness Provider.
Must be currently First Aid & CPR certified or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of employment and provide club with a copy of the certification.
Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate/ number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date.
Must have completed a National Police Check certificate.
NOTE- The NPC Certificate must be within 12 months of application date.
