The Role Mercy Community Services has an opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team based in Nudgee .
This a Permanent Full-Time position.
This role is responsible for the administrative duties for the People and Culture function across the employee lifecycle and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure full record keeping compliance.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation plus access to salary packaging As a HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities include: Accurately maintain all records including but not limited personnel files, databases, HRIS Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance Ensure that documentation is completed to capture any changes at all stages of the employment lifecycle Escalate matters to the relevant person when required Proactively liaise with other departments or functions to ensure a high service level is achieved Manage team calendar including organising meetings and events Produce and submit reports as required Attend to reception duties as required About you Proven experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator High level ability to use/navigate computer IT systems including data base management, HRIS systems, MS Word and Excel Ability to prioritise work and deliver to an exceptional standard Ability to develop and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships.
