The Role:As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of multiple major projects across national and international regions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in both finance and operations, you will provide critical insights and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Partner with operational teams to ensure the successful financial management of major projects.
Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide expertise in IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition), ensuring compliance and accuracy in project accounting.
Identify risks and opportunities, driving initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency.
Support and mentor project accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You:To excel in this role, you will be a commercially astute professional with a strong technical background and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.
You bring hands-on experience and a proactive approach to financial leadership.
Key Requirements:
CA or CPA qualification.
Proven experience in finance business partnering or project accounting, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS 15 and its practical application.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
