Customer Service Officer

Avis is a global leader in the car rental industry, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to each customer.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to assist in growing our company.
This position will be on a full-time roster (weekend work included) and will be based in our Tamworth branch.
To be successful in this role, you must be an energetic team player with a passion for excellence in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
You should be willing to learn, possess good organisational skills, have a strong work ethic, maintain a positive attitude, and have the ability to think on your feet.
A personality that strives for tidiness, order, and attention to detail would be well suited to the role.
Key responsibilities include: Counter & phone customer serviceGeneral admin dutiesDeveloping and maintaining customer relationships with both our commercial and retail customersThe successful applicant must have a driver's licence, but there is no need for prior experience.
