The client is looking for an experienced, customer-centric and people-focused leader to join their growing Claims team
This role requires intermittent travel nationally to foster relationships and cement the right candidate as an operational and strategic leader.

Career, training and personal development opportunities Flexibility through a hybrid working environment, including some work from home Thrive in a positive, fun, and supportive work environment Duties and responsibilities include: Lead and inspire a high-performing claims team, motivating them to exceed outstanding metrics and deliver results Manage the day-to-day operations of the claims team, setting clear performance goals and ensuring workloads are well-balanced Ensure all internal policies, procedures, and external legislative requirements are met consistently Provide guidance on customer queries, escalated complaints, and claims processes, maintaining high service standards Track team and individual performance through detailed reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help develop the skills of claims consultants We are looking for someone with: Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in claims environments, specifically with motor products Proven history of leading high-performance teams with a focus on people development Strong communication skills with a proactive, highly motivated attitude Ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment Extensive general insurance background with a deep understanding of insurance products and compliance Ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various teams If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now
